To many does being taken and no limit on buck size. Would like to see a 3pt rule put into place. The state only cares about money flow from permits.
Lenny Gilbert (resident)
It costs way to much money to hunt my own state.
John kline (resident)
You have to pay an arm and leg for licenses
William Rose (resident)
New Jersey is only interested in revenue,I am a senior citizen and have too pay $250 dollars for licenses and permits .Allowing to many Bucks to be shot .
I hunt the same property 30yrs i saw the second biggest buck ever. A lot of does, but also a few small bucks very slow rut? They give gun hunters to many days for unlimited antlerless tags.
Jack Harris (resident)
NJ is all about revenue. The ridiculous 6 buck a year tag system is geared entirely toward that, as is unlimited antlerless from permit season to permit season. Bucks get no age in this state overall
Barry Ott (resident)
State getting too built up and too many does harvested.
Fred Werner Jr. (nonresident)
There used to be big bucks everywhere. After a week, the biggest thing I saw was a small 8 that was definitely not the shooter you pay good money to hunt. Saw lots of does during the second week.
Craig M Hopkins (resident)
Need QDMA practices and less buck tags. The week long buck season with 2 buck limit is rediculous.
William A. Spolar Jr. (resident)
You are allowed to shoot too many bucks
Chris moser (resident)
Too liberal with buck tags. Hate crossbow with archery. It's a gun that shoots arrows. If u can't pull 35#s then ok. NJ plans on eradicating the deer & making us pay Big$. The ent pop should help pay.
rocco montesano (resident)
Far too many opportunities to kill bucks and no limit on size. State uses permit system as a revenue flow
Stephan Lowy (resident)
I hunt in Monmouth County NJ where there are some of the largest Bucks in NJ
very generous bag limits. love hunting Jersey
See several trophy bucks every year. Unlimited doe s and 6 bucks per year is too much.
