I gave Quantity and management low scores more because of what the division is doing to the once excellent whitetail herd we had in the eastern river-bottoms. This was once a world class hunt.

Not enough pubic land with deer, hard to get tags in decent units and ALL private land holding animals is leased by outfitters. ALL of it! It is a shame for a regular hunter.
