I kind of like the idea. I stick my recurve or longbow limb tip in the top of my boot some times.

You'd have to remove it everytime you shift your feet to look around for fear of your "bow" falling out.

Might work..... might not

thumbs down From: DeermanaPa@Home
Looks like to much hassle when shifting feet around, just go to Home Depot and pick up some S Hooks and screw em in and whala instant bow holder where you need it!

thumbs down From: longdraw
Now I've seen it all.

thumbs down From: Bullseye
Hey....just think....when you fall from your tree stand you will have your bow by your side as you take your last breath....touching.

Is this like the dog chasing it's tail....hey....where did my bow go...I know I put it somewhere.....oh yeah....it's attached to my foot!

thumbs down From: elfking
too much chance of the weight of the bow throwing you off balance- forward as in 'thump' on the ground.

thumbs down From: Scotto
Is your bow that heavy? Need to re-think ...

thumbs down From: huntnut
Just what we need, more companies adding more velcro to take to the deer woods.

Gees, you guys are hard to convince! I tried this at the ATA show and it works great if you like to sit while you hunt. The balance and rigging keep the bow right where you want it, in front of your hand!

thumbs up From: Milhouse
If it actually holds your bow securely, it would be great.

If you were sitting in a ground blind it would be handy. If you drop it then no sweat.....out of a treestand--Will Primos has shown us all several times what that looks like!!!

I'd try it. I was looking for a ground stake bow holder for two months, finally found one. (Cabella's was out of stock and wouldn't take an order for less than two.) I hate laying my bow down on the ground, always want it right at hand.

You can not move with it tied to your leg.

thumbs down From: Wary Buck
While we're supposed to sit still, any movement of our leg would cause your bow to move as well, and with such a high center of gravity as to it's holder, it just looks like trouble. Finding something that attaches to your stand (for those that need a 'holder') would be preferrable.

thumbs up From: -bohunt
purchased the bowlegger last season and was very impressed with being able to safely secure my bow and not worry about dropping it or banging it and being able to keep it stationary in a position ready to draw and if and when I wanted to move to use my bino's or calls I used less movement as I did'nt need to move my bow. The only time I moved or picked up my bow was when I shot my 10pt buck. Plus I kept my hands warm in the NH frigid weather. An excellent tool for the bowhunter!

I can't keep my feet still all the time. With this I'd be moving a lot more than my feet. Also believe it'd be very uncomfortable.
