This is one of the most challenging and fun hunts in all of North America. For international hunters it would be comparable to the Tur in Azerbaijan, probably not as steep on average, but definitely easier to get to in regards to logistics from the US. This is a spike camp/back pack hunt. Although there is an incredible lodge in the area it is imperative to pack in. Horses could be a huge advantage for those less capable of long hikes and to my knowledge can be arranged with the outfitter. Mountain house meals were provided while hunting and great wild game meals(steaks and spaghetti)before and after the hunt at the cabin. This is not a hunt that a hunter should expect the guide/outfitter to do everything for them. Not a hunt for beginners!
