Just returned from my Florida Osceola hunt with whitetail Heaven Outfitters. First day we saw in excess of twenty birds but not the big gobbler I was wanting. The second day started out with the early gobble in a distance which after 30-45 minutes of light calling the bird had to test our setup to be greeted with a 3.5 inch number 5 load from my Remington 870. The bird weighed 18.8 lbs, 10.5 inch beard with 1.5 inch spurs. Later that day I was able to take my meat hog. Great trip, outfitter, and guide made this a memorable experience and I have booked my opening day 2020 Osceola hunt prior to leaving Florida.
