I have been hunting with this outfitter 4 times in the past 8 yrs.It was a first time experience for me hunting with a female guide. I knew after the 1st day, Melanie knows her stuff. It's not any easy hunt, but the days horseback are not so bad when you come back to a nice lodge. I have killed bucks 3 out of 4 trips there, she and her guides are consistent in taking bucks in the 180 or better class. In fact, she will tell you up front if you want to shoot a little buck, you should go somewhere else. I did not draw a tag last year, but will be back this year I hope. I have referred several friends and have also taken clients on here. The country is incredible, but the big bucks and great company will keep you coming back.
