Too many hunters for amount of property available to hunt. Guides tried hard but had no support by Darrin. Very poor communication. No contact with Darrin Bradley during the hunt-took the money and disappeared. There is a 130 minimum and a $750 fine that was never communicated prior to arriving at the camp. Many hunters had to hunt the same stands day after day. I think they have some good properties but way over hunted. They claim they have hundreds of stands but they might be only 100 yards apart. The deer are heavily pressured. I emailed Darrin after my hunt to express my feelings and I never have even had a return email. I will not return-there are better options for the money. If you are a serious bowhunter I would not recommend this operation.
