A PERFECT HUNT!!! Mark Clifford met us, welcomed us, and personally escorted us to a farm that had not been hunted this season.Having 20000 acres, Premier Outfitters never over hunts any farm. My 14year old grandson Luke was the shooter for this trip. Mark had pointed out several good spots on the farm that he thought would produce. HE WAS RIGHT. We hunted one morning and one evening to harvest our buck and doe. Saw numerous deer. We were blessed with perfect weather. On the evening hunt the deer poured out into the field from the woods where we were setup in a ground blind (our choice). Luke took his time and picked out a large doe, perfect shot at close range(we wanted some meat). Unaffected by the shot, deer continued to the field. Luke spotted a nice 8 pt. another perfect shot and we were done hunting. Couldn't have had a better hunt. Hunting is, in my opinion, the perfect sport to promote gun safety and respect for land and game to your children or grandchildren. Mark and Premier Outfitters promote this same philosophy. Never saw Luke as happy as this experience. Hope to continue the passion with him. If Premier Outfitters has openings(they were full this hunt) that is where we will be hunting in the future.
