Whitetail Heaven Outfitters is a very well managed property with great people and great quality deer. They have stands and blinds on all kinds of terrian with varying food sources for the deer from soybean to clover to winter wheat. They ground blinds, climbing stands and permanent built stands for you to hunt out of. The deer were very active that morning. I took my deer around 10am while I saw at least a dozen does and 4 other nice bucks from my stand my 10pt was the only one who whould stand still long enough for chasing the girls for me to take a shot. The guides quickly came and retrived me and my kill and returned to the lodge where they field dressed it. The lodge is a very handsom looking place both rustic and comfortable for all. I whould recomend this lodge to anyone one wanting to get a great quality deer. May want to have a good ticker though as the excitement of bagging one of these trophy animals may do someone in who is used to taking lesser quality animals.

it was a very crisp 20 degrees going to the stand with high of only around 40. there was little to no wind. The cold only helped with the rut in my opinoin.
