Terrible! The owner started avoiding our phone calls and text messages several days before our arrival. We showed up to a very run down house to be used as a lodge. The house had a very bad(cat urine) smell, so bad that I wouldn't bring my hunting clothes in. The television didn't work. The walls were flaking and the lighting was terrible. I wouldn't let my kids walk through the place. Once the guide took us around the property, we asked if there were other farms available to hunt. His answer was "no." The quality of land was very poor. We asked if he had any food plots available and his answer was "no, we didnt water them." We drove around for an hour prior to dark and seen three deer, no bucks. As most of you know, this is very poor for Illinois! Bryan was the guide that took us around. He seemed to be a great guy in a bad position. We asked to speak to the owner and we were told he wasn't available. However, he would answer Bryan's phone calls but not ours. Later that night another rep from WITO showed whose name was Ty. Ty came in the door with a poor attitude and his exact words were "if you don't like the F'n land then F'n leave." So we left. The owner, Aaron, still wouldn't answer our calls. This is 100% true and accurate.
