I have hunted with the 3 Rivers Guide team for the past six years, Gordon and the crew have been great to work with. The crew go out of their way to make the trip as pleasurable as possible. I have hunted bear and deer from the camp and have never been disapointed. Gordon stresses taking healthy bears and over the past couple of years some really quality bears have been taken. Being from Maine, I am able to meet many people from all over the country while in camp, whether it has been for a couple of days(because of my work schedule) or the whole week it has been fun to make so many friends. I have seen 3 Rivers grow a little each year to make the camp more enjoyable to accomdate not only the hunter, the family and the husband and wife clients. Last year I took a quality bear that weighed over 300 pounds. The guides in Maine work very hard at what they do and I know Gordon and crew give you 100% effort to make the hunt as pleasurable and successful as possible. The unfortunate or the things that the guides cant control are the hunters who dont listen to their guides(or trust them),Don't know the capabilities of their weapon(s), the weather and the unpredictibility of the animal. Thats why we call it "hunting" . Again great Job to the Crew of 3 Rivers and I look forward to another successful hunt and the future hunts to come.
