The Mt goat hunt with Lonesome Dove Outfitters was the best hunting experience I have ever had. Dennis provided me with great guides and demonstrated exceptional customer service.

I shot a goat on the first day at 20 yards and the hit was good, however we were not able to recover it. Chris my guide was exceptional and hunted hard. His tracking skills were incredible, we just could not go were the goat went.

I had a wonderful shot on a beautiful goat, but sometimes it happens. Dennis and my guide Chris did their job and then some. Most of all I made some new friends.

I can't explain how much that hunt meant to me and Dennis and his crew more then exceeded my expectations.

On a final note, Dennis and his wife made me feel like I was at home and the food Dennis prepared after our return to Cordova was great.

Thanks for the report. I apologize for taking so long to respond, but he end of the season was rather hectic. I feel bad about losing the goat, but unfortunately it does happen. They are incredibly tough animals and can hide better than it seems they could. Your preparation for the hunt was top notch and it was a pleasure having you with us. You are definitely a credit to the sport of bowhunting.
