Food Plot 1 - Wow! What happened?

The deer are going crazy over this plot now. I purposely parked my truck in the middle of the field after a fresh snow. The next day deer tracks surrounded the truck within 20 yards. They have eaten the rape down to the stalks and are kicking up the turnips out of the frozen ground.
Incredible usage, but it took a series of deep freezes before the deer really hammered it.
These turnips are feeding all of the deer now.
We put out a trail cam and got this photo of a deer smashing the turnips with his hoof.
It is amazing how the deer have ignored this plot all season and now they can't stay out of here. We will plant this plot again, even though there was little utilization during season.
