The plant in question is the one with the large seed head. I think it’s winter wheat but not sure.

The top pic looks like there might be some peas in with the grain, but I'm not sure. The bottom pic looks like weeds to me, but I don't know what kind.

I wouldn't sweat the smartweed, it's a relative of buckwheat, and produces small seeds that are important food sources for gamebirds as well as songbirds, it grows pretty thick but doesn't choke out a plot completely

around here it grows in thick clumps but really doesn't "take" over.
