Nice looking piece of land. Looks pretty big, how many acres is it and what DMU are you in? Plus just currious, how much weight can your 13 year old daughter pull on her bow? Good luck this year.

My part of the farm is 76 or 78 acres, but other half of the family owned farm is 115. DMU 6S.
she just started this year and her bow is only about 22lbs now. I don't think she is going to be pulling enough for deer this year + she need work on accuracy.

so far this year not so good. but I just got the trail cams off the fox den and out looking for deer. think its so hot that I have nto seen much. that and I just have not been out much in the evenings to see much.

just checked you cant shoot that dog till oct-nov, but the cyotes can hunt deer all yr long, thats not fair.

twice I have hit them with my bow. but both times I jumped them when blood tracking them and never found them after they jumped. both times I thought I waited a long time (over a hr.). never see them during gun season. the 2nd one came in with a group of 4 or 5. was really surprising to see them come in right under my stand and not even know I was there.

Started tilling up the food plot tonight. man its dusty. + alot of old dead grass. have to till it a few times to get it chopped up. will probably run the disk through it a few times too. about half of it is tilled but ran out of fuel so maybe tomarow. wish it woudl rain and hold that dust down. pics soon.
