Lime it and broad cast landino clover for the summer/fall then in the fall broad cast a mix of wheat and rye. Everything should come right up after a rain. The clover will grow great after it starts you will need to mow short a few times and if you put enough lime to it. The clover should take over for the warmer months. You also could mix some turnips with your winter mix the will grow anywhere with moisture.
